As Art Director and Brand Designer for Kenmore.com, I led the visual overhaul of the brand’s core e-commerce platform. Working with a small design team, we transformed a dated and static site into an engaging, user-centered shopping experience. From UX/UI flows to interface animations and visual systems, we focused on making the product journey intuitive and conversion-driven—resulting in a 37.5% increase in appliance sales post-launch. I also played a lead role in developing the Kenmore Community blog, acting as both information architect and illustrator. Collaborating with writers, developers, and fellow creatives, we built the platform from scratch to drive deeper engagement with the brand.
